Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Adobe AEM 6.5 Senior Developer to join our team and play a key role in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) websites and web applications.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AEM development best practices and the ability to lead development efforts independently.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement AEM websites and web applications
- Collaborate with project managers, UX designers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements
- Develop and maintain AEM templates, components, and workflows
- Ensure code quality and performance optimization
- Mentor junior developers as needed
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AEM technologies and industry trends
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in AEM development
- Strong understanding of AEM development best practices
- Experience building a Headless AEM application and/or single-page applications
- Experience with Full Stack AEM developing (Backend and React Front-End)
- Experience with Java concepts and patterns including: Java/J2EE, JSP, Sling, Webservices, JUnit, MVC, Eclipse, Maven
- Experience with Continuous Integration and Automated test execution and building tools such as Jenkins, Hudson, Selenium or Maven
- Resolve technical issues of projects and Explore alternate solution
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Results driven with a positive can do attitude
- Ability to lead development efforts independently
- Willingness to learn additional Adobe technologies as needed
